O'Marra has contributed editing and cinematography to many notable feature documentaries, from Alex Gibney's OSCAR short-listed Client #9: the Rise and Fall of Elliot Spitzer, to director Marc Levin's Class Divide for HBO.

In 2024, he produced, directed, and edited With a Clear Mind, a feature about Auschwitz survivor Lilly Butnick.  He is currently in post-production on SAVE US.
